Are we living in the Matrix? Tracking evidence for simulation theory

When we talk about simulation, many people think of video games or the movie "The Matrix". In fact, the idea that our experience of reality is the product of an elaborate simulation is a topic of considerable scientific debate. Simulation theory is the hypothesis that our entire experience of reality - the universe, the Earth, our lives - is a complex computer program created by a superintelligent civilization.

The possibility of such a simulation is not a new idea, but the development of technology in recent years has given scientists new evidence to support this hypothesis.

Quantum physics, which is a fundamental field of science, suggests that our world can be described as a collection of quantum states and information. Some scientists believe that this information can be encoded in the form of a computer program, which would make our reality similar to a virtual world.

By analyzing the data from various experiments and observations, the scientists found that the probability that our world is real and not simulated is very low. The results of these studies suggest that it is much more likely that we are living in a simulation.

Many of us have experienced glitches in computer games when a program does not work properly. Some phenomena in our world that have no rational explanation can be interpreted as similar "bugs" in the simulation program.

Deciphering the human genome has revealed a remarkable similarity between our DNA and the code of a computer program. This suggests that our lives may be part of a larger computer simulation.

Simulation theory is a fascinating and disturbing concept that forces us to question our fundamental beliefs about reality. But even if we are part of a simulation, it doesn't change the fact that we experience the world around us as reality. As Morpheus said in The Matrix: "Do you think that's the air you're breathing right now?" This is our reality - simulated or not.
