The world is not divided into two categories: workers and slackers. In addition to them, there is an even worse group than the slackers, i.e. the conspirators. The combiner differs from the lazy one in that he could work even for an A, after all, he has potential and gets praise from his superiors, but he simply does not want to. So he works for a solid 4- or, depending on the person, for 4+, but he probably won't want to sacrifice himself and do everything for the Kashubian "fest", for the benefit of someone's company. You have reason to praise such a man, but you really want to punch him in the head.
I've always had a pretty good deal of people who work hard and diligently, take everything seriously, are solid, and generally suffer from severe stick-up syndrome. The central point of these considerations was the conviction that for whom they are trying and sacrificing so much? Do they get good pay from people and the world in return?

The 1990s, the age of the collapse of the Polish economy and wild privatization, knew huge crowds of people who gutted themselves and lost their health, working hard and very exemplary for a private company for the lowest rate. For the money that insults human dignity. Often not allowing for the minimum of existence. Was it smart of them?
So what if I would leave the boss who is a boor and pays little? How many people would be willing to take my place? I have a different perspective than most people. Because people with loans, obligations and children to feed will have no choice but to work there. So it was before, so it is now. If someone has serious obligations, they will most often accept low salaries, bad treatment, dictatorial governments, inhumane systems. Because it will be more important to give children black pudding and a bowl of earthworms than to protest against the employer, conditions or the government. They are the perfect clappers of any system.
➡️ Younger generations, or even some less young ones (I'm 37 years old), noticed it and came to the conclusion that something stinks here and it's not worth working over your strength for such a low salary. If they have the ability to reflect deeply, they will come to the conclusion that this is how the whole world works. He would like to take as much from you as possible and give you as little as possible. And enslave you, catch you in their own snares and consume you. The typical pattern of life for a typical citizen of a typical country assumes a large deficit between what he gives (a lot) and what he gets (little). The archetypal element of matter, and therefore also women or the world, will work so that you have a deficit in their favor.
I try to combine. As much as I know and can. Yes, to balance variously understood involvement in this world (and thus also diligence), with a healthy distance to it at the same time. Me, if I got pissed off at work and quit, I'd have a lot of different exits after that. But people with large commitments already have much less of these opportunities. So they have to accept what is and take what is.
➡️ This is the secret of human passivity towards evil, as well as the tendency to think that it will be somehow, because it always is somehow. Who are they doing this for? Why and for whom are they trying so hard? Why do they do it if they have nothing to do with it? These people are just stupid and disrespectful to me. They do not value their values, contribution to the world and work highly. Giving them away for nothing, they make slaves of themselves as well as mental h*res.
