Almost all houses are haunted

British paranormal researcher Rob Pike says that over 90% of all households are inhabited by ghosts. It's just that people may not suspect that the inhabitants of that world are neighbors with them, and even live with the spirit all their lives.

Pike himself has been hunting ghosts for over forty years and knows almost everything about them. He created the Veritas Paranormal group that organizes home travel tours with paranormal activity. Pike assures that he does not engage in this activity for commercial purposes, especially since he donates all proceeds from the trips to charity.

As for the ghosts themselves, their presence in the home is the norm rather than an anomaly, the researcher believes. In his opinion, after death, the souls of the dead often return to the place where they lived before, in the physical body.

"Our old house used to be inhabited by an old miner named Arthur," he recalls. "And then, every time we smelled tobacco, we realized it was there. And it was perfectly normal for us. We lived in that, he lived in that house. Maybe he still lives there.

Pike is convinced that ghosts have no purpose whatsoever to frighten someone or survive from home.

"Ghosts are nothing to fear," he says. "The only problem is, you don't know who they are. You wouldn't invite someone you don't know."

A ghost expert is ready to make recommendations to those who believe that beings from another world live in his home. If they bother you, it's worth talking to them and finding out who they are and what they want, says Pike. If you realize that a ghost lives next to you, but at the same time it is not doing any harm to you and your household, it is better to just ignore it. However, ghosts that behave aggressively towards humans are extremely rare.
