About life

 Life and the world are something like a game. How does such a typical, committed player play computer games? He takes the game seriously. Collects points and items, builds, races, kills enemies. It is almost a matter of life and death for him. He's stressed out. He feels the tension. He gets angry if he does not defeat the enemy, win the race or pass another stage of the game. And pays. First of all, he pays dearly for additional options in the game, because modern games are designed in such a way that a player who treats the game seriously simply pays for everything. Just like in life.


Another second player is such a cheerful man who approaches everything with a distance. He hasn't played games in 15 years since he left high school, but he just installed something new for himself. He was home early from work, and his girlfriend would be late. He did a few things around the house and sat down at the computer. He started a little game. He picks in her a little casually, a little to just check out her options. He is not passionate about gathering as much resources as possible. Rather, it looks for side missions, hidden passages, secret portals, and so on. Will they shoot him in this game? You're welcome. Will he defeat the main enemy (the so-called boss) and move to a higher mission? Cool too. He does not pay for additional options or items.

The game is fun for him, entertainment, which he will give up anyway because when his girlfriend comes back from work, they have a few things to do. He doesn't really play the game, nor does he play the game (on his nerves as he does with the first player). He is playing the game, testing the game. It is not focused on a specific result of the game or on constantly reaching higher levels, but it is focused on checking it. This is a significant difference.

The same approach as in the case of computer games can also be had to live. You are 25, this is this symbolic time when you enter real adulthood. Life (the system) wants to introduce you to a series of traps. I want you to treat them on a task, like a rat race. After one goal achieved, there is a temporary relief, but you are about to pursue the next goal. And here you have to pay. And it's so cleverly organized that to get what society demands, you have to overpay. Inflated prices of cars and apartments. Dinner in an ordinary Czech restaurant with good food, or a good homemade dinner does not bring prestige in life, you have to go to an expensive restaurant. Drinking three beers at home so as not to overpay for a beer at the club on Saturday night is also passe, so pay and cry. And so you can exchange. This is the first trap in life - you take life as a task and, above all, seriously. And you do what others require of you, including the machinery of the system. And if you take life very seriously, you are gone.

So you fall into life's second trap - to keep it that way, you have to work more efficiently (more stressfully) and longer. So you stay after hours. For starters, it's casual - instead of 8, 9, or 10 hours. But you won't look, and you'll end up leaving the house at six in the morning and returning to it at nine in the evening. Because then you want to pursue another goal - family life. You can make two more life mistakes here. If you do not properly set your professional work (free time after work and earnings, which is often excluded), and when you decide to have children not because of a real need for love, but because of social pressure, you have just fallen into the third big trap in life. She also sharpens her teeth at you.

Eternal fatigue appears. Oh yeah, fatigue is first. It's an alarm bell. The generation of today's 30-year-olds is the most exhausted and stressed people in the world. Then there is chronic burnout, frustration, and bitterness. Sometimes depression as well. More and more often there is some alcohol on the table, which becomes your only remedy for the pain of the world. It is not uncommon for a package of a psychotropic drug for depression to end up in the bedside locker. Or something to calm you down. Yes, only one tablet of today's fashionable Xanax a day. Sometimes. Then one for the week, two for the week, and .. every day. It also happens that the body becomes ill. Thyroid diseases such as Hashimoto's or Graves' are particularly common in this regimen. You mobilize the remnants of your strength left in this ruin of life to keep this pattern tight and panicky. To pull this overloaded cart, even at this slow pace, but to pull. You don't want to slow down, you don't want to remember. You just fell into the fourth big trap in life. That is, an attempt to maintain the life game scheme imposed on you at the expense of your energy, at the expense of the rest of your free time, and at the expense of your health.

First of all, you don't have any more time for yourself. I am going to tell you a secret: the greatest capital you have is your time. I mean FREE time for myself, for my partner, for children. Time rushes inexorably. It cannot be undone. You cannot buy a second - a day is always 24 hours long. But it can be sold. Cheaply. Very cheap. That is, sell for the promise of a career, self-fulfillment, property, and social status. This whole game of life is about your free time. The system doesn't want you to have too much for yourself and your loved ones. The system wants you to have as little as possible. Then you will run forward, blindfolded, like a rat in a spinning wheel. You will not think, analyze your own situation and the situation of the world. You will not ask unnecessary questions and rebel against the authorities. Even when you earn some money, you will spend it in the way the system wants, that is, for example, to buy products and services for which you will overpay, but you will have the opportunity to show that you are "someone."

Who is this?

An eternally tired shadow of a man? With depression and the thyroid gland smashed from the general life crap? Overworked, no free time, with a partner who just doesn't like you, with children who don't see you and stop getting to know you? These are the results, first of all, of taking life seriously and second of carrying out what is written on the social agenda. This program is buggy. The system has failed. The diagnosis is made, the problems are described. Repair methods? It depends on you personally, on me, individually.
