Alien DNA Hybrids?

Hybrid Program: Are Governments Creating "Aliens" as Part of a Psychological Operation? In recent months, the discussion about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) has taken on a new, disturbing dimension. Congressmen like Tim Burchett and Matt Gaetz have publicly cited briefings that "keep people up at night." These are alleged programs to splice human DNA with extraterrestrial biological material. One of the most vocal voices on this issue is Dr. Steven Greer—a physician, founder of the Disclosure Project, and longtime UFO researcher. In a recent interview with Newsmax, Greer stated bluntly: what sounds like science fiction is part of a long-standing psychological operation.

Greer, who has been documenting the testimonies of hundreds of whistleblowers from special programs for over three decades, claims that since the 1990s, the US intelligence community and affiliated entities in the defence industry have been using "recovered non-human biological materials." From these samples, advanced biomedical laboratories created beings partly human, partly non-human—hybrids. However, these were not "aliens" in the classic sense. According to Greer, they were used to stage abductions and fake UFO encounters. The goal? To create the illusion of a cosmic threat that would justify secret projects, conceal revolutionary technologies (including antigravity drives), and manipulate public opinion.

"It sounds like a science fiction movie, but it's part of a multi-year psychological operation," Greer said. He added that the hybrids were "handed over" to selected individuals in the national security establishment and certain members of Congress. The operation was allegedly carried out by CIA departments and affiliated special units and aerospace giants. Greer emphasizes that this isn't a real alien invasion, but a classic "diversion and deception operation." The goal is to divert attention from illegal programs and prepare the ground for a possible "false flag"—a simulated threat from space that could justify global political changes.

The context of these words is important. Congressman Tim Burchett, known for his outspokenness on UAP issues, spoke to the media about information that would "shock America." He didn't deny questions about the hybrid program when Matt Gaetz's name was mentioned. Meanwhile, General Michael Flynn publicly warned of a "false flag alien operation" conducted by rebellious elements within the U.S. government. Greer connects these statements to the historic warning of Wernher von Braun—the father of the American space program—who, on his deathbed, reportedly spoke of plans to "invent a threat from space" to justify the militarisation of space and the introduction of totalitarian control.

There are also numerous connections to current space events. Greer mentions broadcast blackouts from the Artemis II mission and the lack of raw images of the dark side of the Moon. According to some whistleblowers, this is precisely where artificial structures are believed to exist. The lack of full transparency in the Artemis program raises questions about whether evidence of advanced technology—both human and non-human—is being concealed.

The topic of hybrids is not new in UFO literature. As early as the 1990s, abduction researcher Dr. David Jacobs described instances of "hybridisation" in abductee accounts. Greer, however, goes further: in his opinion, most "horrific" stories of aggressive aliens are the product of controlled operations. Created in laboratories and equipped with bionanotechnology, these creatures were intended to imitate classic gray beings with large eyes.

This made the abductions appear "real," and the public gradually became accustomed to the idea of a cosmic enemy. At the same time, real advances—free energy, zero-point drives, and advanced medical systems—that could threaten the interests of large energy and defence corporations—were concealed.

Sceptics, of course, dispute these claims. Greer has been accused of promoting conspiracy theories for years, and his Disclosure Project, despite collecting hundreds of testimonies, has failed to present irrefutable physical evidence. Critics point to the lack of independent verification of biological samples or recordings from hybrid labs. The US All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) does not confirm the existence of programs involving non-human DNA in its official reports. On the other hand, the growing number of whistleblowers, including former Pentagon and industry employees, and the UAP legislation passed by Congress force us to take the topic seriously.

What does all this mean for us? If Greer's claims are even partially true, we face the greatest ethical and existential challenge in human history. Creating human hybrids with extraterrestrial biological material raises questions about the rights of sentient beings, the limits of genetic experimentation, and government's responsibility to its citizens. At the same time, psychological surgery suggests that the real threat comes not from outer space but from within—from secret structures that manipulate perceptions of reality for their own purposes.

In an era when AI, CRISPR gene editing, and nanotechnology are advancing at a rapid pace, the possibility of creating "man-made Frankensteins" (as Greer calls hybrids) no longer sounds fanciful. If the U.S. government or other powers have indeed had salvaged wreckage and non-human biology for decades (as the testimony of David Grusch and others suggests), these programs could have been ongoing in secret since the 1940s or 1950s.

Dr. Steven Greer has consistently called for full disclosure. He believes that only transparency and demilitarisation of the UAP issue will allow humanity to benefit from the technologies it already possesses. "There is no threat from space—there is a threat from those who conceal the truth," he has been repeating for years.

Are we witnessing the greatest fraud in history?
