Due to the fact that it is one of the most popular kitchen appliances, the following recipes will be described using them, but you can also use a juicer and adapt the recipe to your kitchen resources.

The antioxidant cocktail of youth

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Nectarine or peach
  • A small carrot or ½ of a medium piece
  • ½ avocado
  • A teaspoon of bee honey

Peeled fruit and vegetables should be blended, add honey and chia seeds and mix. Before drinking it, let it stand for at least an hour to make the chia soak.
